As a sales support assistant, you provide assistance to insurance and pension advisors. You join their efforts to achieve a common goal: customer satisfaction.

You act as the link between insurance and pension advisors and our specialised management services. You offer support to our insurance and pension advisors on technical and organisational matters. You prepare offers, record proposals, and coordinate appointments.

What You Bring

• Commercial employee CFC Professional experience in the insurance sector
• Interest in teamwork and supporting colleagues
• Independent by nature, you are able to work with a sales-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Any additional language is an asset.

To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires the AFA insurance intermediary training, non-life and life profile. If this certificate is not available, we will gladly assist you by organising tailored internal training.
