You will process medical and pharmaceutical dossiers carefully, in a structured manner and always in compliance with legal requirements
You analyse complex medical issues and prepare them clearly and comprehensibly for our trusted doctors
By obtaining medical opinions, you contribute to well-founded decisions regarding the coverage of costs for services and medications
You review reimbursement applications from medical, pharmaceutical and economic perspectives
As a competent contact person, you answer medical and pharmaceutical specialist questions and maintain close communication with service providers
Together with the service department, legal service, as well as internal and external specialists, you ensure efficient and professional collaboration

German is your mother tongue and you have very good French skills to communicate confidently and professionally in both languages
You enjoy working with numbers and data and have very good Excel skills
Medical, pharmaceutical and administrative contexts fascinate you, and you enjoy continuously expanding your knowledge
You work independently, reliably and in a structured way and keep an overview even in demanding situations
Team spirit, initiative and a high sense of responsibility characterise you

You have professional experience as a pharmaceutical assistant, pharmacy specialist or medical practice assistant
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the health insurance sector or in a medical-administrative environment
Motivated career starters with a strong willingness to learn are also warmly welcome
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a pharmaceutical assistant or medical practice assistant
