We are a non-profit association with a total of 9 day nurseries in the canton of Zurich. The association is organised as a family business. We are familiar, close and professional.

Your daily life at the nursery with us
Your strengths
It is especially important to us that every nursery day brings joy to the children. Therefore, there is a varied weekly programme. This includes excursions (e.g. to the zoo), play and craft activities, baking together with the children, etc. You are an important contact person for the children!
The work with children is an interesting and versatile profession. You accompany and support the children in various stages of development. From infancy to starting kindergarten, you learn to respond to the needs of the children and understand what they need. Every child is individual, which makes everyday life at the nursery extremely exciting.
You are interested in children and fellow human beings?
You can empathise well with other people?
Then you already meet two important requirements for the profession!
It is also important to us that you are a team player, resilient and creative. Cooperation in the team is an essential success factor for a successful nursery day. You are welcome to contribute your creative ideas. Good German skills are an advantage.
To enable you to carry out this responsible task, we support and accompany you with regular discussions and setting learning goals. You learn to connect theory with practice.
