Tasks

• Processing customer enquiries and supporting customer service
• Maintaining and managing master data
• General administrative tasks to support the team
• Supplier orders and goods receipts
• Support with new projects

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French or English skills are an advantage
