Your new job

• Welcoming and looking after visitors, employees, customers and partners as the first point of contact at Bedag
• Organising the visitor process – from registration and check-in to access allocation and onward referral
• Managing badges, visitor passes and other access media in accordance with security regulations
• Receiving, distributing and sending post, parcels and courier deliveries as well as providing office and consumable materials, presentation and meeting technology
• Looking after first aid and safety facilities, participating in safety instructions and taking on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks

What you bring with you

• Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or comparable qualification
• Experience in reception, customer service, security or administration
• Enjoyment in welcoming a wide variety of people in a friendly and professional manner – with sensitivity for confidential information
• Agility to work in an organised and reliable way even in hectic moments and to consistently implement safety and access regulations
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 and other digital tools
• Very good German skills, French and English are an advantage

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 65,000 to 80,000 Swiss francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. With more professional experience or additional skills, it may be somewhat higher. Salary development then depends on your performance and Bedag's financial success.
