Architect / Site Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a versatile professional as an architect, site manager or architectural draughtsperson who accompanies demanding building projects from planning to realisation. The project portfolio includes residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings as well as competitions and studies. Depending on education, experience and professional focus, you will take on tasks in design, project and execution planning or site management - a combination of these areas is also possible. You work across several SIA phases and assume a high degree of professional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Handling of competitions, studies and feasibility projects as well as development of architectural solutions
Creation and further development of preliminary, construction and execution projects
Preparation of precise execution, detail and working drawings for various building projects
Independent development and clarification of constructive details and technical solutions
Preparation and coordination of building permit and approval documents
Coordination with authorities, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
Participation in project and coordination meetings with clients and planning partners
Preparation of specifications and tender documents as well as conducting bid comparisons
Depending on the role, taking on local site management and coordination of executing companies
Monitoring of costs, deadlines and execution quality during the realisation phase
Checking quantities, invoices and change orders as well as accompanying acceptances and defect rectifications
Processing projects according to relevant SIA standards as well as NPK, BKP and eBKP structures
Qualifications:
Degree as draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, architect FH/ETH or further training as a certified site manager
Professional experience in Swiss building construction, especially in the project, tender or execution phase
Solid knowledge in execution and detail planning; practical experience corresponding to the site management function
Confident handling of EliteCAD or ArchiCAD
Knowledge of Messerli BAUAD for tasks in tendering, cost management and site management is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, NPK and Swiss construction cost structures
Very good German skills spoken and written
