Spitex Zürichsee acts on behalf of the five contract municipalities Erlenbach, Herrliberg, Uetikon, Meilen and Männedorf and ensures outpatient care and support for people in their homes.

For the Meilen team, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as

Head of Care Team Meilen, HF/FH 80-100%, Member of the Management (a)

As team leader, you lead and develop your team professionally and personally. You use your scope for design and actively shape our organisation.

Your task

• Leadership responsibility for a care team with approximately 25 nursing professionals.
• Planning and ensuring personnel resources
• Ensuring the quality of care and support within the team
• Promoting team culture
• Coaching employees, especially those responsible for cases
• Maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary partners such as general practitioners, etc.
• Contact person for difficult customer concerns
• Controlling the care process including qualitative documentation for the health insurance companies
• Further development of the organisation by participating in the management of Spitex Zürichsee

You bring with you

• Completed nursing training HF/FH
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and leading by example.
• Ability and joy in participative and motivating leadership.
• Spitex and leadership experience is highly advantageous
• Affinity for modern, digital working
