We are looking for a Trainer and Facilitator to oversee training and coordinate beauty institutes in the Romandie region (Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Geneva, Lausanne). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and continuously training the institute staff.

Trainer and Facilitator – Aesthetics Sector

Main duties:

• Monthly supervision of beauticians in the various institutes (Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Geneva, Lausanne).
• Organise and lead training sessions to ensure high-quality service in all our institutes.
• Ensure monthly monitoring and control of quality standards, working closely with institute managers and management.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.
• Support teams in developing their professional skills.
• Serve as a liaison between management and local teams.

Requirements:

• Swiss training in the field of aesthetics.
• Several years of professional experience in the aesthetics sector, with prior experience in training.
• Excellent teaching skills and ability to impart know-how.
• Autonomy, organisation, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple institutes.
