For our Modernisation Department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a committed Construction Manager (m/f/d). Your place of work will be the Zurich region.

Tasks

What tasks await you as Construction Manager Refurbishment (m/f/d) Zurich?

• You lead and coordinate refurbishment projects from tendering to commissioning, taking into account safety, schedule, quality and cost requirements
• You are the hub on site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
• You act as the contact person for clients, business partners and tenants
• You maintain an open and respectful communication culture

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as Construction Manager Refurbishment (m/f/d) Zurich?

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a construction manager, technician TS or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management of refurbishment projects, ideally with listed or protected buildings
• Sound construction expertise as well as confident use of scheduling software, preferably Elcosoft Powerproject
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as pronounced communication and social skills
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and assertive personality with high initiative, resilience and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
