Project Manager: Implementation Technology (a)

For this exciting and challenging role, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with a strong technical affinity and project competence. In this role, you are primarily responsible for the introduction of new building technology mandates, the management of operational projects, and the reorganization of customer properties.
As a central interface between calculation/sales, operations, and the customer, you impress with sound expertise, a structured approach, and a professional appearance towards our internal and external contacts.

Your main tasks:

- (Partial) project management in the implementation of technical maintenance
- Recording, evaluation, and planning of technical systems in the CAFM system
- Creation of maintenance plans
- Participation in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support during system acceptance
- Training and instruction of employees in the technical area
- Conducting audits in the field of building technology
- Support in the calculation of maintenance for building technology systems

Your profile:

- Completed training in the technical field
- Experience in project management as well as in leading (partial) projects
- Professional experience in the field of facility services is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Solution-oriented, structured working style as well as strong communication skills
- Fluent German skills
