Clerical Support Spare Parts Services (a)
At our location in Uetendorf BE, we are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated individual to support our team in the spare parts service in all areas.
Your tasks
- Customer service in the spare parts area at the workshop counter, desk, and by phone
- Active inventory management
- Processing of goods receipts / goods issues (with scanner/automated)
- Further processing of stock and daily orders
- Support in serving our regional customers
- Checking creditor invoices via ELO (archiving system)
- Assistance with the annual inventory
- Scope of work from light to heavy range commercial vehicles
Your profile
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ preferably in the field of auto parts logistics, trained automotive specialist/auto mechanic with a flair for parts sales or training as a logistician EFZ or related profession
- Experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation as well as precise working methods
- Driver's license category B (category C and forklift license are an advantage)
- Technical flair and manual skills
- Solid IT and MS Office knowledge
- Good German skills, any additional language is an advantage
