Your tasks
- Telephone contact with existing and potential customers
- Professional advice and support over the phone
- Presentation of products and services
- Recognising customer needs and developing suitable solutions
- Achieving the agreed qualitative and quantitative targets
- Active contribution to a positive customer experience
Your profile
- Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German
- Enjoyment of telephoning and daily customer contact
- Communicative and persuasive personality
- Confident and friendly demeanour
- Sales- and customer-oriented mindset
- Motivated, reliable and independent working style
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Experience in telephone marketing, sales or customer service is an advantage

- Mandatory 2 evenings 16:30 - 20:00 and 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00
