About us:
Our facility for plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine stands for holistic well-being, high-quality treatments, and a strong presence in digital media. To further strengthen our brand identity and reach, we are looking for a creative personality with a strong focus on Social Media Advertising, Content Creation, and high-quality photo and video production. Your main tasks:
- Content production directly in the clinic:
- Planning, implementation, and creative direction of photo and video shoots in everyday clinic life
- Professional creation of photo and video material for our social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns - Documentation of treatments and clinical processes (with patient consent) - Social Media Advertising & Management:
- Active participation, maintenance, and expansion of our channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Development and implementation of social media campaigns with targeted use of the algorithms of Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok
- Creation and management of paid advertisements (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
- Conception and implementation of editorial plans as well as creative content for organic and paid reach (Reels, Stories, Ads) - Digital patient communication and web presence:
- Design and updating of digital presentations (TV screens, waiting areas)
- Visual optimisation of patient experiences through targeted content
- Support with website maintenance, newsletters, and event communication
- Close coordination with our internal team as well as our external marketing agency
What you should bring:

Excellent knowledge in photography and videography (lighting, image composition, storytelling)
- Experience in post-production (image and video editing, e.g. with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar) - Sound knowledge of the algorithms and advertising strategies of Meta and TikTok
- Passion for aesthetics, healthcare topics, and modern digital communication
- Experience in building and managing social media channels - professionally or privately
- Creativity, initiative, and organisational talent
- Very good German and/or English skills (French advantageous)
- Exciting insights into a premium aesthetic and beauty clinic
