Your tasks

• Purchasing of raw materials, semi-finished products and packaging materials for bakery and confectionery semi-finished products
• Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Achieving the best purchasing conditions for the required specification and quality
• Creating framework agreements and contracts
• Searching for and evaluating new suppliers and procurement channels
• Personnel and professional management of two employees
• Supplier management (selection, cooperation, condition negotiations, evaluations)
• Monitoring and compliance with target and purchasing budget specifications
• Analysis of market and trends in the raw materials sector

Your profile

• Completed higher education (university/FH/HF) in the field of business advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing mandatory
• Experience with raw material purchasing in the food sector
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge)
• High willingness to perform
• Proven business management knowledge
• Team- and result-oriented personality with negotiation skills
• Dynamic, committed and resilient personality
• You are motivated, resilient and negotiate hard and fair
• Good language skills in German, French and English, spoken and written
• Proactive communication, independent working style and confident appearance complete your profile
