About us

klaroADHS is an outpatient psychiatric practice with locations in Zurich and Biel/Bienne. Our focus is on ADHD in adulthood. Because ADHD rarely comes alone, you will encounter the full spectrum of outpatient psychiatry in everyday life, from depression and anxiety to addiction and personality issues. Consultations take place in our practices, and we also offer video consultations. We are around 20 employees, co-founded by a doctor.

What to expect

• Psychiatric assessments with careful differential diagnosis, in the practice and partly by video
• Pharmacotherapy, follow-up checks and therapeutic conversations
• On request, professional responsibility and supervision for assistant doctors as well as collaboration with psychologists
• On-site consultations in Zurich or Biel/Bienne
• No on-call duties and no nights. If you work alongside a hospital position, video consultations are also possible in the evenings or on Saturdays.

What you bring

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (federally or MEBEKO-recognised), or you are close to obtaining it
• Very good German skills, French is a plus in Biel
• Interest in adult ADHD. Special experience is not a prerequisite; we provide structured training.
• Enjoyment of independent, outpatient work

What we offer

• CHF 220,000 annual salary at 100%, pro rata for part-time
• Workload from 20%, easily combined with a hospital or practice position or as a transition to retirement
• Predictable days, home office share by arrangement
• Appointment organisation and administration are handled by our team
• We apply for the cantonal professional practice permit together with you
• 5 weeks holiday, 6 from age 50

You conduct psychiatric assessments with differential diagnosis, medication treatments, follow-ups and therapeutic interviews. On request, you assume supervision of assistant doctors.

Your profile: specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (federal or recognised by MEBEKO) and very good command of German, as our consultations are mainly in German. French is an advantage.

We offer: CHF 220,000 per year at 100% (pro rata), a workload from 20% compatible with a clinical position, no on-call duties or nights, a share of telework by agreement and 5 weeks holiday (6 from age 50). A first 20-minute video exchange is enough to get acquainted.x
