Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development and maintenance of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, IRIS (ISO 22163), ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Preparation of internal audits as well as support during customer, certification and authority audits
• Definition, monitoring and reporting of quality objectives and quality indicators
• Consulting management and specialist departments on quality-related issues
• Support of customer and development projects from a quality perspective
• Assistance with risk analyses, root cause analyses and sustainable improvement measures
• Handling and escalation of critical quality deviations including the authority to stop operational processes if critical requirements are not met
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, headquarters and internal specialist departments
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements for safety-relevant products and processes

Profile:

• Technical training or degree with further education in quality management
• Several years of professional experience in industrial quality managementExperience with quality management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ideally IRIS (ISO 22163)
• Experience in audit management as well as dealing with customer and supplier requirements
• Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Why or Root Cause Analysis
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness and communication skills
• Very good German and very good English skills (regular reporting and audits with the international headquarters)
