For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced electrical project manager who, in addition to project responsibility, also takes on the expert management and actively shapes the further development of the department. Your new role

• You take on the expert management according to NIV and ensure compliance with legal regulations as well as quality and safety standards. An appropriate portion of your working time is available to you so that you can truly meet this responsibility.
• You lead and coordinate diverse electrical installation projects in the high and low voltage sectors and are responsible for their successful implementation.
• You accompany your projects from the quotation through planning and execution to billing and successful handover.
• You support and accompany your employees technically, promote teamwork and ensure efficient workflows.
• You look after existing customers, acquire new contracts and contribute your ideas to the organisational and technical development of the department.

What distinguishes you

• You are a certified electrical installer or HF technician with expertise according to NIV and have the corresponding professional and legal requirements to take on expert management.
• You bring several years of experience in independently managing and successfully completing electrical installation projects and have sound knowledge of the applicable regulations and standards.
• You know how to professionally support and motivate employees and, together with your team, implement high-quality and economically successful projects.
• You think entrepreneurially, keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality, and recognise early where action is needed.
• You are a committed, communicative and customer-oriented personality with organisational talent, negotiation skills and an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
