About the job

What you can achieve

You lead a team of six employees and promote their professional as well as personal development.
You are responsible for achieving revenue and partner satisfaction targets (rNPS).
You build strategic partnerships and sustainably develop existing partner relationships.
You negotiate offers and contracts and ensure solution-oriented support in challenging situations.
You actively drive the further development of the market and service offerings as well as digitalisation.
You manage the area based on relevant KPIs and derive targeted optimisation measures.

What you bring with you

You have a qualification or further training in business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable field.
You bring several years of leadership experience in the B2B environment, ideally in business development or key account management.
You convince with strong business and commercial skills.
You have experience in negotiations as well as in stakeholder and escalation management.
You are characterised by a structured, analytical and implementation-strong way of working.
You communicate confidently in German and have very good English skills.
