IT Security Architect (m/f/d), 80-100%, Zurich / hybrid
What you achieve:
- Cloud Security & Guardrails: Designing and further developing robust architectures for GCP and M365 including Agentic Security
- Security by Design & Threat Modelling: Supporting initiatives from the outset and moderating threat modellings with developers and architects
- DevSecOps & Automation: Embedding "Security as Code" in CI/CD pipelines.
- Incident Response & SecOps: Technical leadership during incidents, professional management of the Managed SOC and targeted cloud hardening
- Security Community: Coaching and empowering product squads and security champions as sparring partners on equal footing
Why you succeed:
- Experience: With your several years of practice as an IT Security Architect or Senior Cloud Security Engineer in enterprise-related, agile environments, you enrich every team
- Cloud Stack: You have solid knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP) or comparable hyperscalers as well as the Microsoft Security & Identity stack
- Methodology: Your familiarity with modern architecture and DevSecOps concepts (Zero Trust, Threat Modelling, CI/CD, IaC) gives you a head start in every implementation
- Mindset: As an enabler, you enjoy pragmatically empowering developer teams and finding viable compromises between agility, usability and risk
- Communication: Your very good German and English skills help you to represent complex security risks understandably both to software development and the leadership team
