Agile Coach (m/f/d), 80–100 %
What to expect
- You support two product groups (6-10 crews) in their development towards more self-organisation, transparency, customer centricity, and taking responsibility.
- You promote the application of agile methods and values in the respective context – pragmatically, appropriately, and people-centred.
- You assist the crews in the continuous improvement of their collaboration, processes, and results.
- You work closely with other Agile Coaches, Flow Masters, and leaders to support the transformation at all levels.
What you bring
- You have solid experience as an Agile Coach in agile product or development teams.
- You possess profound knowledge of agile methods; experience with the Flight Levels model is a great plus.
- You bring experience in supporting teams at various maturity levels and can specifically support development paths.
- You have strong moderation, communication, and coaching skills – with a clear stance and at the same time a fine sensitivity for people and dynamics.
- You think systemically, act solution-oriented, and can be effective both at team and organisational levels.
- In your previous career, you have also gained experience as a line manager and enjoy developing people.
- Ideally, you have experience in healthcare or in regulated organisational environments.

- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected activities, you can regularly work from home.
- Full salary during 14 weeks of maternity leave. Additional contributions to child and education allowances. Up to 90% cost coverage for external childcare.
