Deputy Head of Building Maintenance (100%),

who can replace the current Head of Building Maintenance in the medium term as part of a succession plan.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring smooth, optimal operation of all technical systems
• Monitoring, coordinating, controlling and optimising maintenance, servicing and repair work
• Contact person for tenants, owners, contractors and suppliers
• Medium-term assumption of overall technical management (including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical) of the part of the Liebrüti development managed by us
• Leadership and deployment planning of currently four employees
• Participation in technical projects and support of the management of the entire real estate portfolio in Northern Switzerland
• Administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed technical or craft training
• Training as a caretaker or maintenance specialist with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in HVACSE
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• IT skills and confident handling of digital tools
• Independent, reliable, precise and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and organisational skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
