Challenge

The judicial administration management of the Canton of Bern is the joint self-governing body of the High Court, the Administrative Court, and the Office of the Attorney General. It ensures independent and efficient adjudication. Reliable, secure, and future-oriented IT forms an essential foundation for this. In this key position, you lead a team of around 15 employees and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of judicial IT. You design modern ICT services, further develop the application and system landscape, and drive digitalisation, information security, and innovative technologies forward. Additionally, you represent the judiciary in cantonal/intercantonal committees and projects. As a leader, you connect the needs of the judiciary with technological possibilities. You have solid ICT leadership experience, strategic foresight, and strong implementation skills. With persuasiveness, service orientation, and a willingness to shape, you create sustainable added value.
