Join us in working towards a more humane world!
With the conflict training chili – Strong in Conflict and the Babysitting Course SRK, the Red Cross cantonal associations empower children and young people with important life skills. The programmes promote social skills, conflict resolution abilities, and provide fundamentals of childcare. To ensure these educational offerings remain effective, up-to-date, and of high quality throughout Switzerland, we are seeking an engaged individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as a Service Coordinator 70–100%.
What you can achieve
- You will shape the further development of the conflict training chili and Babysitting Course SRK services, coordinate them, ensure their quality, and work closely with the Red Cross cantonal associations
- You will manage the Babysitting SRK app and further develop it
- You will advise and support various stakeholders on questions regarding the creation and use of e-learnings
- You will contribute to embedding the SRK educational offerings within the school environment
- You will promote professional exchange by organising and leading specialist conferences, preparing meaningful reports and decision-making bases, and competently representing your topics in the strategic committees of the SRK cooperation system
- You will be responsible for achieving targets as well as planning, controlling, and monitoring the budget within your area of responsibility
What you bring
- You have a pedagogical or psychological education, ideally with further pedagogical training (SVEB certificate trainer)
- You possess solid knowledge in communication and conflict resolution
- You enjoy working with digital tools and are interested in developing e-learning and blended learning offerings
- You are familiar with working in federal structures and are confident in dealing with various stakeholders
- You have excellent language skills in German or French (C2) and good skills (B2-C1) in the other language
