Compliance Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the compliance area with your team
• Monitoring and assessment of business relationships, transactions, and payment flows considering relevant risk factors
• Ensuring regulatory reporting as well as handling enquiries and irregularities
• Further development and maintenance of internal guidelines, control mechanisms, and compliance processes
• Advising internal departments and conducting
• Close cooperation with management as well as participation in projects and the further development of audit and monitoring processes

For these tasks, you have a degree in business or law as well as solid experience in compliance within fiduciary services in Liechtenstein. You have the relevant experience to identify risks, critically question processes, take measures, and raise employee awareness. You also have an eye for efficient workflows, work purposefully and independently, and communicate confidently in English.
