Specialist in Forest Ownership (a)
Bern | 60% - 100%
You represent the interests of the forestry operation towards the diverse stakeholders of the forest. In doing so, you review and coordinate non-forestry projects in the forest so that all forest services can be sustainably provided by the forestry operation. Do you enjoy working in an urban forest environment and have an interest in legal matters? Then you are the perfect reinforcement for our forestry team.
These are your tasks
- Implementation and further development of the operational welfare concept
- Protection of owner interests towards neighbours, applicants, operators, forest visitors, etc.
- Utilisation of non-forestry forest services
- Processing and negotiation of contractual arrangements for non-forestry projects in the forest (e.g. operational services, rights of proximity)
- Review and coordination of non-forestry projects in the forest (e.g. orienteering runs, forest sofas, educational institutions)
- Participation in projects and public relations
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor in Forest Sciences (FH) or comparable qualification
- Interest in legal matters in the area of land ownership and forest management
- Enjoyment in dealing with the diverse stakeholders of the forestry operation
- High presentation skills and negotiation ability
- Independent and structured working style
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and GIS
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
