CHF 240.- Fixed Salary per Day + Bonus | Social Promoter (m/f/d) for Aid Organisations

About the job

As a Social Promoter at Voiss, you can make a meaningful contribution as the voice of renowned aid organisations (NPOs). We stand for good working conditions and strong teams. With a mobile information stand, you travel through the German-speaking part of Switzerland and inspire new donors at our stands with your communication skills. This enables aid organisations to sustainably plan and finance projects for people, animals, and the environment.

What you get:

• Very fair fixed salary: You earn a fixed 240.- per day with us (225 CHF salary + 15 CHF for meals) + we cover all travel expenses. 
• Good bonuses: With good performance, you can significantly increase your earnings through bonuses and regularly earn 7,000 - 8,000+ francs per month.
• Flexible work: You can organise your workload yourself and adapt it to your circumstances. 3-5 assignments are possible between Monday and Friday (only full days are possible).

Our requirements for you:

• Language: You speak perfect German (Swiss German or High German) and have no difficulty understanding Swiss German. 
• Willingness to learn: You want to further your education and gain experience in sales and communication. 
• High motivation: You have a lot of self-motivation and want to assert yourself in a performance-oriented job.
• High frustration tolerance: You are ready to leave your comfort zone, approach strangers, and learn to deal with rejection. 
• Meaningful work: You want to earn your money doing meaningful work. 
• Age: You are at least 18 years old.
• Minimum commitment duration: You must be able to work at least 15 full working days with us. For example, this could be 3 weeks of 5 working days or about 5 weeks of 3 working days.
