Fischer Söhne Extrusion AG develops and produces high-quality plastic packaging for demanding customers from industry and commerce. With state-of-the-art extrusion blow moulding technology, a strong focus on quality, and over 100 years of experience within the Fischer Söhne Group, we are among the leading manufacturers of plastic packaging in Switzerland. 

To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual as a Development Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d) – 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. 

Your Responsibilities

• Support and coordination of development tasks (internal/external)
• Project management with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Development of extrusion blow-moulded parts
• Procurement of equipment and tools from the creation of the specification sheet through sampling to qualification
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all internal departments and experts on the customer and supplier side

We Expect

• Completed vocational training (plastics technologist, polymechanic, or designer)
• Further training as a plastics technician
• Ideally experience in extrusion blow moulding
• Experience in the development and design of plastic components
• Experience in managing demanding customer projects
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and 3D CAD (ideally Solidworks)
• Language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in regulated environments: ISO 9001 and BRC
• High level of reliability, precise work, and initiative
• Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
