For our Wohnen Basis offer, in our external residential house in the middle of Zug's old town, we are looking for a personality as of March 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with cognitive or psychological impairments in the complex design of living and leisure areas
- Work as a contact person
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Cooperating with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Helping with daily household chores
- Administrative tasks
- Deputizing for the team leader
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Experience working with people with impairments
- Willingness to work irregular hours, on-call sleeping, weekend shifts
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
