Technical Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader who will take on the following tasks:

• Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the entire Facility Management team

• Monitoring and controlling costs within the area of responsibility

• Operational management of all contractually agreed infrastructural facility management services for office and laboratory buildings as well as the entire site

• Organisation, control and coordination of the technical and infrastructural building operations

• Ensuring scheduled and needs-based maintenance measures (preventive and reactive maintenance)

• Responsibility for quality assurance and control of relevant key figures

• Maintenance and development of customer relationships

• Approval and monitoring of procurement processes as well as active support in the purchasing process

• Management of supplier relationships in close coordination with the purchasing department

• Administration and management of contracts in cooperation with the Regional Director and the purchasing department

• Identification and proposal of innovation opportunities, process optimisations and savings potentials

• Responsible management and implementation of projects in the facility management area

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a leader with the following qualifications:

• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in facility management with a focus on integrated facility management as well as soft and hard services

• Proven leadership skills, ideally in an international customer environment

• Comprehensive understanding of holistic facility management concepts and their practical implementation

• Practical experience in managing different types of buildings such as laboratory environments, production facilities and office buildings

• Sound business management knowledge for controlling and optimising processes

• Strong project management skills with experience in independently leading projects

• Strong organisational and negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities

• Proactive, self-motivated working style with a strong team spirit

• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
