Facility Technician / Operations Electrician 80-100%
As part of our facility technology team, you ensure that our buildings as well as the building and safety technology systems of the Museum of Transport function reliably at all times. You take on a variety of tasks in maintenance, implement smaller technical projects, and make an important contribution to safe and smooth operations.
Specifically, the following tasks await you:
- You monitor, operate, and optimise our HVAC systems
- You independently carry out maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs
- During service assignments, you coordinate external specialist companies and accompany their work on site
- If malfunctions occur, you analyse the causes and develop sustainable solutions
- You actively help shape the further development of our building technology
- You also support the team energetically during technical projects, events, and special occasions
You are a committed, independent, and responsible individual who enjoys varied technical tasks. Thanks to your solution-oriented way of working, you keep an overview even in demanding situations and pitch in where support is needed.
In addition, you have:
- A completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable qualification in building technology
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building systems
- Enjoyment in independently solving technical challenges
- Interest in modern building automation
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
