For our client in industrial technology and process automation, we are looking for a software expert who co-develops modern automation solutions. You will take on a key role in the development of control, supervisory system and HMI software for complex plants.
Responsibilities:
Design and development of software solutions for PLC and process control systems
Programming and configuration of HMI interfaces for plant visualisation
Integration of systems into existing control and plant networks
Implementation of customer-specific requirements in the field of industrial automation
Conducting system tests and supporting on-site commissioning
Documentation of software architecture, interfaces and project steps
Collaboration with electrical planning, project management and external partners
Qualifications:
Degree or technical training in electrical engineering, automation or computer science
Solid knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, B&R, Beckhoff)
Experience with SCADA and control systems as well as HMI development (e.g. WinCC, zenon, FactoryTalk)
Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, OPC UA etc.)
Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills
