Role:
Do you want to combine your technical understanding with customer consulting and exciting construction projects? In this varied role, you support customers with individual concerns, accompany projects from inquiry to order processing, and work closely with the field sales team.
Responsibilities:
You develop suitable technical solutions for various customer projects in the construction environment.
You prepare quotations and clarify the associated technical requirements.
You accompany ongoing construction projects and keep track of their progress.
You advise customers, planning offices, and business partners by phone on technical questions.
You independently handle customer orders and ensure reliable processing.
You coordinate closely with the sales field team and support joint project management.
Qualifications:
You have a technical vocational training or corresponding professional experience in the construction industry and bring experience in preparing quotations or in technical sales.
You are very familiar with common MS Office applications.
You are characterised by initiative, organisational talent, interconnected thinking, and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, and you keep an overview even under high workload.
You have confident German language skills and good French language skills.
