Your tasks

Advising our clients on all topics related to financing solutions - in close cooperation with private customer and private banking advisors
Reviewing, structuring and processing financing for clients managed by the client managers
Accompanying clients throughout the entire financing process until completion
Preparing and reviewing property valuations
Analysing and assessing credit risks
Cooperating with internal specialist departments and external partners
Ensuring compliance, quality and documentation standards
Participating in projects and working groups

Our requirements

Completed banking training, supplemented by higher education (HF, FH or university)
Several years of experience in advising and processing real estate financing
Sound knowledge of the real estate market
Experience in credit assessment and risk analysis
Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of customer contact
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a high closing orientation
Structured as well as entrepreneurial and independent working style
High affinity for digital topics and willingness for continuous development
Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
