Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the independent execution of the monthly payroll processing for around 300 employees, including all payroll-relevant changes, calculations and controls
• You ensure the correct handling of social insurances, withholding tax as well as year-end processes and act as a professional contact person for payroller-related questions
• In close cooperation with HR, finance and external bodies, you ensure smooth processes and actively contribute to the optimisation of existing payroll processes
• Confident handling of an HR and payroll system as well as the willingness to familiarise yourself with new tools are part of your daily routine, as is ensuring data quality

• Proven experience in independent payroll processing over several years is essential
