You are responsible for classical, cultural microbiology. This includes the preparation of culture media, sample preparation, germ differentiation, and germ count determinations. You will evaluate microbiological tests in the field of food microbiology and contribute significantly to quality assurance processes. In addition to classical methods, you will also work with modern alternative and rapid methods such as Vidas or flow cytometry.
- Completed training as a biological laboratory technician or microbiologist
- Solid knowledge in food microbiology
- Ideally, already professional experience in microbiological quality control
- Experience in the ISO area is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to occasionally be on call on weekends or holidays
