• You have training in (system) gastronomy or related sectors.
• Commercial experience, especially in personnel management and cost control
• Genuine team spirit
• You are open-minded and enthusiastic.

• Service orientation and flexibility

Your tasks:

• You share responsibility for happiness – and thus for organising the operational processes at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
• Together with the operations management, you lead the entire team, motivate your employees, create duty rosters for the kitchen, bar, and service areas, and regularly conduct training sessions.
• You monitor key figures such as productivity, personnel costs, and material usage.
• Carrying out daily and monthly accounts as well as bank deposits is, of course, part of the role.
• You also ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety laws are always observed.
• You are the first point of contact for questions from guests and employees.
