The shift supervisor is responsible for the orderly, productive and smooth running of their shift – from handover at the start of the shift to handover at the end of the shift.

Returns Shift Supervisor (a)

Your daily routine

• You are responsible for a complete, structured and documented handover at the beginning and end of each shift (early shift / late shift)
• You plan and coordinate breaks during the shift.
• You actively lead the subordinate team leaders during the shift.
• You continuously monitor shift performance based on relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, staffing).
• You are the central contact person for team leaders and employees throughout the entire shift.

Your talent

• You bring experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in logistics or fulfilment environment.
• You have a confident handling of KPI and shift reporting tools.
• You keep an eye on several areas simultaneously and set priorities situationally.
• You communicate clearly and directly with team leaders and employees.
• You are characterised by high punctuality and a clear role model function in shift operations.
