Caretaker: Red Cross Emergency Call District Muri

About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking in the Muri district and the neighbouring municipalities of the Bremgarten district for a committed individual to support us on call for 4 to 8 assignments per month, starting immediately or by arrangement.

This is a versatile role, which mainly takes place at the homes of our emergency call clients and can be organised independently from a home office.

What you can achieve

• Installation and maintenance of emergency call devices at clients’ premises

• Practical training of clients in the use of the emergency call device

• Coordination of installation and service appointments with clients and the emergency call centre

• Updating client data in digital databases

• Ordering and managing emergency call devices and accessories

• Support for short-notice maintenance assignments

• Completion of various administrative tasks

What you bring

• Socially competent, empathetic and enjoys contact with elderly people

• Technical flair & affinity for digital processes

• Flexible with time and customer-oriented

• Reliable and meticulous in work

• Good user knowledge of MS Office

• Own vehicle available for assignments

• Residence in the Muri AG district
