Your Future Role After 12 weeks of practical training (70% exercises, 30% theory), you will join one of our partner companies to:

• Develop machine learning systems to detect complex behavioural patterns.
• Optimise data architectures for large Swiss companies.
• Contribute to innovative projects in agile teams.

Desired Profile

We are not looking for a computer science degree, but potential.

• Languages: Good working knowledge of German and English (the training is conducted in English).
• Cognitive Skills: Quick comprehension and structured logical thinking (assessed through our tests).
• Mindset: Curiosity about technology and motivation to solve complex problems.

Practical Information

• Important Dates:
  • Training: October 2026 to the end of January 2027
  • Employment with the client: from 01.02.2027
• Working Hours: Full-time, weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00
• Format: 12-week remote training, followed by deployment at our client in Switzerland.
