Who are we?
Ducos GmbH (Zug) is the exclusive Swiss importer of Londontown, an award-winning US premium brand for nail polish and nail care. The brand has been established in the market since 2017. To further expand our sales, we are looking for independent agents in several regions.

Your tasks

• Establish new points of sale in drugstores, pharmacies, and nail salons
• Introduction to new customers: set up displays, train the team
• Support your customers with at least 2 visits per year
• Present new products following our presentations in Zurich (spring / autumn)
• Brief quarterly report

Your remuneration – transparent and without limit

• CHF 300 bonus per new opening (first order from CHF 1,000 net)
• 10 / 12 / 15 % commission on the annual turnover of each of your customers, from the first order
• Optional, depending on the region: takeover of an existing customer base

What we offer

• You mediate, we handle: invoicing, debt collection, warehousing and shipping are managed by Ducos. No credit risk for you.
• Territory protection: no other Ducos agent in your region
• Free samples, displays and training materials
• Can be combined with your existing mandates
• Direct collaboration with the owner, permanent agency contract according to Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 418a ff.

Your profile

• Several years of field sales experience in beauty, drugstore, hairdressing or related industries
• Existing customer network in your region
• Self-employed with AHV affiliation (or willing to set this up)
• Own vehicle, entrepreneurial working style
• No competing nail polish or nail care brands in your portfolio
• Fluent German; French for Western Switzerland

We are not looking for persons seeking permanent employment with a fixed salary, nor profiles without field sales experience.

Regions: Zurich/Schaffhausen, Eastern Switzerland, Central Switzerland, Northwestern Switzerland, Bern/Western Switzerland, Graubünden, Ticino

Procedure

• We review all incoming applications.
• If your profile fits, you will have the opportunity to book a 30-minute appointment for an initial interview via Zoom.
• Next, you will conduct a sales conversation with us as it would take place with a customer.
• If there is mutual interest, we will discuss the agency contract and the territory.
