Head of Operations German-speaking Switzerland (100%)Job DescriptionYou will take on the operational and strategic overall responsibility for the German-speaking Switzerland region. In doing so, you will lead and develop your managers, ensure sustainable economic performance, and actively drive the further development of the 40 catering establishments. As a central interface between operational units and support functions, you will promote efficient collaboration and successfully implement strategic corporate objectives.

Your main tasks include:
- Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and economic management of several restaurants in German-speaking Switzerland
- Leadership, coaching, and development of department heads as well as promoting a performance-oriented leadership culture through regular site visits
- Ensuring target achievement in the areas of quality, service, finance, and operational excellence
- Implementation of strategic directives and active participation in growth, change, and optimisation projects
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as well as representing the company to clients
- Managing cross-departmental collaboration and coordinating central support functions
- Analysing key figures, identifying potentials, and initiating appropriate measures to improve performance
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasts

You should bring:
- Advanced professional training or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in hotel management or business administration.
- At least 10 years in upscale gastronomy, hotel industry, or communal catering and at least 4 years in a comparable leadership role in an operational multi-site organisation.
- Strong leadership skills of managerial staff and in complex organisational structures.
- Ability to connect different functions and hierarchical levels and create cohesion.
- Pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong operational implementation skills and high result orientation
- Experience in change and transformation management
- High customer, service, and quality orientation
- Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to successfully coordinate different interests and clients
- Native-level German, very good French skills, and good English skills are expected.
