Introduction

Paul Forrer AG is a leading Swiss provider of drive technology, hydraulics, and motor equipment. We supply agricultural machinery dealers as well as machine manufacturers and original equipment manufacturers in the agricultural, forestry, and municipal technology sectors. Additionally, motor equipment retailers, vehicle manufacturers, construction machinery manufacturers, and workshops are among our customers.

You enjoy collaborating with employees and managers, and thanks to your empathetic and engaging personality, you build trust at all levels. With your solid HR expertise, you are a valued contact person who thinks strategically and supports operationally with vigour.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Contact person for employees on all personnel and labour law matters, from recruitment to departure
• Sparring partner and advisory support for line managers in all HR matters
• Independent recruitment of specialists and executives
• Preparation of work references and job descriptions as well as involvement in the entire personnel administration
• Responsible support of our commercial apprentice throughout the entire apprenticeship
• Leadership and participation in diverse HR projects
• Continuous development and optimisation of our HR processes
• Deputising in the payroll area

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Trainer certificate and experience in supervising commercial apprentices
• Several years of professional experience in human resources and pronounced recruitment talent
• Communicative, enthusiastic, and hands-on personality
• Service-oriented, efficient, and structured working style
• French language skills are an advantage
