HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 100 %
Your area of responsibility
In this versatile role, you advise and support managers in all personnel-related matters and act as a competent sparring partner. You take on the holistic care of the assigned personnel area and are responsible for the recruitment process, especially for doctors. Furthermore, you ensure the professional implementation of all HR processes as well as labour law requirements, accompany change processes, and actively participate in cross-departmental HR projects. With your experience, you make a significant contribution to the continuous development of modern HR processes, tools, and a appreciative corporate culture.
Your personality
You have a higher education in Human Resources Management or Business Administration as well as several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role. Ideally, you bring experience in healthcare or a demanding service environment. You convince with sound knowledge of Swiss labour law, an independent and solution-oriented working style, as well as strong consulting and communication skills. Discretion, empathy, organisational talent, and a confident manner also characterise you, as does your enthusiasm for actively shaping change and successfully supporting different stakeholders.
