What to expect
- Operational development and optimization of sourcing processes with a focus on efficiency, scaling, and automation
- Identification, evaluation, and integration of alternative manufacturers, suppliers, and sources
- Data- and tool-based optimization of purchase prices and procurement structures
- Analysis of existing processes and derivation of concrete, implementation-oriented improvement measures
- Close collaboration with Category Management, Commercial, Operations, Logistics, and IT
- Active use and further development of digital tools and systems in the sourcing environment
- Responsibility for a small, efficient sourcing team
- Ensuring availability, cost-effectiveness, and operational feasibility
- Participation in cross-departmental projects for process and system optimization
- Hands-on involvement in daily business with a clear implementation focus
What you bring
- Experience in operational sourcing, purchasing, or commercial environment, ideally in e-commerce or digital trade
- High digital affinity and enjoyment of data- and tool-driven work
- Experience in evaluating and connecting alternative manufacturers or suppliers
- Practical experience in operational price optimization and working with key figures
- Understanding of scalable processes and automated workflows
- Pragmatic, implementation-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
- Ability to independently prioritize topics and drive them forward efficiently
- Experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders
- Leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a small team
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
