For our client in Freienbach, we are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician in Adhesive Development 100%
Main Responsibilities
The focus is on the independent development, production and testing of adhesive formulations for the automotive industry, especially for applications in electromobility. The emphasis is on semi-structural and structural adhesives, thermally conductive adhesive technologies, as well as thermal interface materials.
- Development, mixing and optimisation of adhesive formulations
- Testing and performance evaluation according to customer specifications
- Support in scale-up, manufacturing and market launch
- Documentation and evaluation of test and project results
- Assessment of product prototypes and participation in product specifications
- Collaboration with customers, project management, production and account management
Your Profile
Completed training as a laboratory technician, ideally specialising in chemistry or a related technical field
English and German language skills are required, additional language skills are welcome
Independent and motivated personality with strong communication skills and a high stakeholder orientation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is an essential requirement for project documentation and the use of AI applications
Carrying out all practical work in full compliance with the company’s own standards for environment, health and safety
