Specialist in Digital Innovation and Transformation (m/f/d)
from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement- Discover opportunities: You identify digitalisation potentials, question existing processes, and contribute ideas.
- Put technology to the test: You engage with new technologies and AI according to your role, evaluate specific products, and find out what truly adds value for us.
- Bring ideas to fruition: You lead digitalisation, innovation, and organisational projects – decisively and cleverly from the initial idea through a pilot to implementation.
- Networking: You connect specialist departments, IT, data protection, and information security and develop sustainable, legally compliant solutions together with all parties involved.
- Organise knowledge smarter: You help shape and prioritise our knowledge management and further develop digital knowledge and collaboration solutions.
- A university degree or comparable qualification – for example in business informatics, digitalisation, business administration, innovation, organisational development, or information and knowledge management.
- You have already implemented digitalisation, transformation, IT, or organisational projects and bring experience in project management.
- You understand the interplay of people, processes, organisation, and technology.
- AI and new technologies spark your curiosity – at the same time, you can critically assess what actually works in practice.
- Data protection, information security, and careful handling of sensitive information are part of your approach from the start.
- You work independently, structured, and pragmatically and enjoy developing solutions together with others.
- You contribute your own ideas, can take other perspectives seriously, and want to actually implement things.
- Scope for creativity: You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape the digital development of our public prosecutor's office.
- Proximity to decisions: You work directly with the overall management and simultaneously with specialist departments, staff units, and external partners.
