About the job

We are an established civil engineering company with around 80 employees. Our area of operation includes the city and agglomeration of Zurich as well as the surrounding areas. We have a powerful on-call service and are on duty around the clock for the municipal utilities of Zurich, Winterthur and Wallisellen as well as for communities in the Limmattal region. In building construction, we focus on conversions, renovations and refurbishments.

FOREMAN/FOREWOMAN ROAD CONSTRUCTION / UTILITY CONSTRUCTION

Your tasks

• Independent management of construction sites in road and utility construction
• Organisation and coordination of work and the construction site team
• Carrying out road and civil engineering work, work in sewerage, utility and surfacing construction
• Creating pavements, edge finishes and surfaces
• Setting up and securing construction sites
• Recording and surveying simple terrain and components
• Operating machines and equipment
• Close cooperation and coordination with the site manager
• Participation in meetings and internal management reports  

Your profile

• Experience as a foreman/forewoman in road and utility construction
• Leadership skills and organisational talent
• Flexibility, reliability and willingness to perform
• Team spirit and assertiveness
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B

You are …

…a strong character who keeps an overview even in a dynamic construction site environment. You lead your team competently, organise your construction site independently and take responsibility for a safe, efficient and high-quality execution.

You think ahead, pitch in yourself and work closely with the site manager and the entire construction site team.
