Casino Interlaken AG is a significant company in the Swiss entertainment industry. With nearly 90,000 guests annually, we have been operating a land-based casino in Interlaken since 2002, providing first-class service to our guests. As a Customer Support Officer at StarVegas, you are not only the voice of our company but also the superhero of our customers! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:
- Masterful and service-oriented response to customer enquiries via email, chat and telephone – like a Jedi of customer service!

- Verification of documents for authenticity and completeness, including management of player data – here you are the detective!
- Teamwork is key! Collaborating with other teams to solve customer problems faster than Sherlock Holmes
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are our hero if you bring:
- Experience in customer support
- Ideally a completed commercial basic education and confident handling of MS Office 365
- Very good communication skills in German, French and English, any additional language is an advantage
- Master in understanding complex contexts and service-oriented thinking
- You understand what customers need and want
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
