HR Specialist Administration and Payroll 80-100% (a)
Your tasks:
Your tasks:- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations and contract amendments
- Coordination of entries, exits and internal transfers
- Creation and management of work references
- Ensuring complete personnel documentation
- Maintenance and optimisation of HR processes and templates
- Contact person for administrative HR queries
- Support with social security and payroll matters
- Handling of accident, illness and absence cases
Qualifications:
Your profile:- Completed further training in the HR field
- Good knowledge of payroll and social security
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Strong service orientation
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and processes
- Very good MS Office skills
