Do you want to not only operate ServiceNow ITOM but actively shape it? At our Office for Informatics, you take responsibility for building and further developing our ITOM landscape. You independently advance the roadmap, contribute your ideas into viable concepts, and implement technical solutions yourself. Together with various specialist departments and IT experts, you shape the future of our IT services.
Your tasks:

- From conception to implementation, you design our ITOM solutions and optimise existing functions and processes.
- In building and further developing our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), you contribute your expertise and ensure a reliable data basis.
- You translate technical and organisational requirements into viable solution concepts and coordinate their implementation with internal and external partners.
- As project lead, you manage initiatives and workshops, connect different stakeholders, and jointly develop practical solutions.
- Together with the involved teams, you ensure stable operations and continuously develop governance, processes, and quality standards.
Your profile:
- You have solid practical experience with ServiceNow ITOM and are well acquainted with the technical configuration, implementation, and operation of corresponding solutions.
- You understand complex IT architectures and technical contexts as well as the requirements for well-thought-out and feasible solutions.

- A qualification in computer science, business informatics, or a related field forms your foundation. However, your expertise and practical experience are decisive for us.
- You are characterised by responsibility, a structured way of working, and interconnected thinking. Even with diverse requirements, you keep an overview and set clear priorities.
- You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders and communicate clearly and solution-oriented.
- Very good German skills are required; English skills are an advantage.
